Our district received federal funding through the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) of 2015. This funding is usually split across different "titles," each with its own purposes:

• Title I: support for students at risk of academic challenges for reasons other than disability.
• Title II: support for teacher retention and expertise, particularly in schools working with students in need.
• Title III: in two parts, support for students in need of English language instruction and immigrant students.
• Title IV: support for wellness, technology, arts, and/or other programs, particularly in schools working with students in need.
