The Mamaroneck Board of Education policies on this website are presented as a convenience and are available to the public. The Policies have been reformatted to PDF for use here; physical appearance may differ from that of the certified versions thereof on file in the Office of the District Clerk.
All Policies will be enforced in accordance with the certified versions of the Policies. In the event of a discrepancy or a perceived discrepancy, individuals should refer to the certified Policies, which are available from the District Clerk. The District Clerk can be contacted at 914-220-3007.
The Policies are presented as adopted by the Board, and the Board believes that they accurately reflect all Board Policies in existence. Users of this website should be aware that Policies should be updated within one week after each Board Meeting, but updates may take up to a period of 30 days before appearing on the Web site.

To review polices currently being reviewed by the Board of Education please click the link below title "Policies Under Review." The community is invited to comment on these policies prior to the Board of Education adopting them. The Board will conduct a "First Reading" of each policy or amendment at a Board of Education Meeting. At a subsequent Board of Education Meeting, the Board will conduct a "Second Reading" and may also adopt the policy. Comments are due 5 days prior to the meeting. Comments can be sent to Board@mamkschools.org.
CURRENTLY UNDER REVIEW:
Policy 1900 will go before the Board for a first reading on April 18th. There will be a second reading of this policy on May 16th where it is anticipated that the Board will also adopt the policy with it's updates.
