Voter Information

Requirements for the Budget and Election of Trustees - In order to vote on the budget and election of school board trustees on Tuesday, May 21, 2019, it is necessary to be registered. Anyone registered for “general” elections is eligible to vote. For those who are NOT already registered, school voter registration day will be held on Wednesday, May 15th, at Mamaroneck High School from 7:00 - 10:00 a.m.in the Superintendent's Office and from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. in N101 or you can register between 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM any school day with the District Clerk in the Superintendent’s Office at Mamaroneck High School, Post Road building. Anyone may check their registration status by calling Joanne Rice, District Clerk, at 220-3007. In order to be eligible to register you must be at least 18 years old, an American Citizen and a resident of the District for 30 days. The last day to register is Thursday May 16th by 4:00 PM in the District Clerks office. Applications for absentee ballots are available from the District Clerk, from principals’ offices in all schools, and from our web site. The last day to obtain an absentee ballot, if it is to be mailed to the voter, is May 14th by 4:00 p.m. The last day to obtain an absentee ballot, if it is to be picked up in person, is May 20th by 4:00 p.m. Absentee ballots are due in the office of the District Clerk by 5:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 21st.

 

Requisitos para el presupuesto y la elección de los miembros de la junta – Para poder votar sobre el presupuesto y la elección de los miembros de la junta de la escuela el martes, 21 de mayo, 2019, es necesario estar registrado. Cualquier persona registrada para las elecciones “generales” es elegible para votar. Para aquéllos que NO se hayan registrado todavía, el día de registro de votantes escolares será el miércoles, 15 de mayo, en la Mamaroneck High School de 7:00 a 10:00 AM en la oficina del Superintendente y de 4:00 a 8:00 PM en el salón N101 o se puede registrar entre 9:00 AM y 3:00 PM cualquier día escolar con la secretaria del distrito en la oficina del Superintendente en la Mamaroneck High School, en el edificio de Post Road. Cualquier persona puede revisar su estatus de registro llamando a Joanne Rice, secretaria del distrito, al 220-3007.
