![]() Board Adopts 'Flexible' and 'Responsive'
The 2020-2021 Mamaroneck School District Proposed Budget was adopted Tuesday evening by the Board of Education. In formulating the budget, Superintendent Dr. Robert Shaps stressed the need to be fiscally responsible and responsive to financial challenges faced by the community, while ensuring that the District has adequate resources to invest in high-quality educational programs and experiences for all students. The Superintendent and the Board trustees reiterated the following points:
In accordance with New York State Executive Order 202.26, the school district budget vote and election of trustees will be held exclusively by absentee ballot. All ballots must be received no later than 5 pm on Tuesday, June 9, 2020.
