Report Hardware, Software or Network Problems


Complete this form to report hardware, software or network problems.  The form will automatically be sent to the district's Information Technology (IT) department.

You will receive a confirmation for your records and your request will be entered into IT's database.

You will also receive a response from a technician within 24 hours regarding the status of your request. 

Our goal is to resolve problems within 48 hours.  You can email Janet LoRusso (lorusso@mamkschools.org) if you do not receive a response from the technician or if you have a question regarding the repair.
