Facilities Rental

In accordance with Board Policy 1500 (click for policy) , the District encourages the cost-effective use of school facilities by school-related groups, community-based and outside organizations.

Step 1

Identify the facility you want to use.

Step 2

Read the procedures, rules and Insurance requirements.
-For Memorial Turf Field: Public use of School Facilities Regulation #1500-R-MEM
-For all other Facilities: Public use of School Facilities Regulation #1500-R

Step 3

Use the information available to estimate the cost.
-For Memorial Turf Field: Memorial Field User Fee Schedule (1500-F-MEM)
-For all other Facilities: Facilities Use Fee Schedule Fee Schedule (1500-F)

Step 4

If you are a first time user and not listed in the policy please complete one of the following forms otherwise skip to Step 5.

-For Memorial Turf Field: Application for First Time Memorial Field User : (E-1-MEM)

-For all other Facilities: Application for First Time Facilities User: (E-1)

Step 5

Complete the Facility Use Request Form and return it to the School Office of the facility you are requesting.
-For Memorial Turf Field: Application for use of Memorial Field (E-2-MEM)
-For all other Facilities: Application for use of School Facilities (E-2)

Step 6

Submit the Facility Use Request Form to the school office that you are requesting for preliminary review and approval.
