I've been reminiscing about high school the past few days. Many memories, both good and bad. Glad it was so long ago. Met my husband in college in Buffalo. We're now married 11 years with 2 great kids, 7 and 5. Was a nurse, not for me. Lived in Buffalo a few years but wanted to be closer to family once we had babies. Now in Dutchess county enjoying my family, figuring out what we want to do next.

Comments: I'm working full-time and I'm a part-time grad student working towards a
Master's in Education. I'm probably going to teach elementary school eventually, but I'm
also working towards credentials for teaching high school physics. I think this is
especially funny considering I never passed AP physics with Mr. Levine. :) Maybe I'll take
his place when he retires. Just kidding! I couldn't leave CA (my fiancee would never let
me).

Comments: Never thought I would be entering my name on MHS alumni page as I never much cared for h.s. But here I am in Russia on fellowship from Yale/Civic Education Project and my brother alerted me to this site. I'm living in Saratov for the next year teaching a class on social change and doing some work with local organizations. I have lived in NYC Montana SF Idaho Wisconsin and Ithaca since leaving dear old Larchmont. Just can't seem to stop moving. Looks like I'll be returning to more school when I get back to the states though I hope to spend next year in Mongolia. All the best JM

I was a police officer with the Baltimore Police Department for seven years and left their as a Detective in Narcotics. I was a little burnt out and decided to move to Chandler, AZ, to be closer to my brother Othello. I am currently a Phoenix Police Officer (a lot less stressful than Baltimore). I married my college sweatheart Mai-Lin and have been married for 7 years. We have a 4 year old son, J.J. (Jan Jr.).

Comments: Living out here in Portland, Oregon. .... 'Can't wait for
the reunion.
Previous Comments: After MHS....... Spent summers on the beach, went to college, fell
in love (had my heart broken), sprained my ankle, learned to ski, (sprained my ankle
again), worked with the nations richest, worked with nations poorest. Made some life long
friends, graduated from college, fell in love again (broke a heart). Drove cross country
twice. Kept some traditions and broke even more. Taught nursery school, went on a game
show, learned to repel upside down, lived in Ireland, Pennsylvania, and Oregon.... Learned
the bus routes of three major cities, joined Americorps, Currently living in Portland,
Oregon taking a dance class with fellow graduate, Katherine Romano (small world, huh??)...
and Thank God, life gets better every day.
