If this request is granted, it is expected that you will share methods, outcomes and experiences with other teachers across the district and provide information for a District wide Software Database.

Directions: Complete this online form to request software (one form per title).  This form will be sent to Ed Cofino.  He will forward a copy of this request to you and your principal.   Ed will also obtain the actual cost and forward the information to your principal.  

The principal will review software requests and decide how to dispense the building's software budget. He/she will email Ed Cofino to have purchase orders generated and processed.  (Click here for more information on the process.)
