The links below include the Dates for CPR Classes and a class Registration Form.
Directions:
1. Click the “Dates for CPR Classes” link
2. Read and select a date you want to take a class.
3. Click the “Registration Form” link and print it out

4. Complete the Registration Form
5. Write a check for $25.00 made out to M.U.F.S.D. (Mamaroneck Union Free School District).
6. Send the form and the check to Lori Toppi (Hommocks Middle School)
7. You will receive confirmation via email once your form and check have been received.
Please note: You will only receive confirmation when BOTH the completed registration form and the check are received.
